Outfoxed hours depend on booking volumes. We may not have regular hours. It is essential to book in advance. Outfoxed bookings do require minimum numbers. Smaller groups may need to be rescheduled.
Risk disclosure
A risk disclosure must be signed for all activities. It is important that you understand the risks and hazards to minimise the risk of injury and death. Please contact us with any questions/concerns
Minimum age
Minimum age for Outfoxed activities is 13 years. Parental/Guardian consent required for those under 16. There is no discount for children
Booking deposits & postponement or cancelation
Outfoxed reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to weather. A Non Refundable deposit is required to secure your Outfoxed date. This is approx.. 20% of your booking. Final numbers and final invoice are confirmed and sent 7 days prior to event. The deposit will be honoured as a credit note if weather or illness cause event to be cancelled/postponed.
Outfoxed BYO venue
Outfoxed can be enjoyed as a BYO venue. There will be a venue charge to stay on after activities. This is charged accordingly on group size/time and facilities that are used. You are welcome to invite caterers and food trucks on site.
Outfoxed has generator power so no fridge freezer facility. We have chest chilly bins. Outfoxed is happy to put a quote together.
Claybird shooting – strictly no drinking
There is a strictly no drinking policy at ‘The Den’ (Clay bird Shooting). No alcohol is to be consumed prior to shooting. Please note that guests consuming alcohol prior to arrival maybe turned away from our property, or be unable to participate in the activities.
